Additional Responsibilities:
Generation of daily report based on Optimine/FDM alarms and circulation of the
same to the maintenance team
Maintain SOS report tracker and update the same when reports are received from
external supplier
Maintenance of component lifecycle tracker
Creation, updation and maintenance of machine history card for respective site fleets
Creation of backlogs in Maximo based on alarms/alerts generated in Optimine/FDM
Own and execute site based reliability projects
Track of components received from workshops after repair
Maintain database for RCAs received from site on a monthly basis
Maintain and update drifter tracking sheet
Track status of modifications made on fleet and circulate the same for horizontal
deployment across all sites
Create and maintain a tracker of all special tools/tackles onsite
Conduct and document time studies for fleet on a need basis
Track the technical product safety bulletins for implementation on fleet
Track and maintain hose failures on fleet as per requirement
Maintain productivity reports of load cell data on L&H fleet
Participate in Kaizen generation related to Maintenance and EHS tasks
Your profile
You possess a Bachelor’s/Diploma in engineering or equivalent work experience in a
reliability role (required). Five (5) years to Eight(8) practical experience in Operations,
preferably in a manufacturing/ processing or mining environment required.
o Demonstrated safety leadership capability for both self and team required
o Excellent leadership, people, and communication skills to act as a “Change Agent” required
o Strong analytical skills and knowledge of reliability and improvement concepts: DMAIC,
RCA, FMEA, RCM, LEAN required
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project
required
