Your internship experience:

At urbanclap I worked in the operations department as an operations associate. Urbanclap is a

one stop destination for all kinds of local services provided at your doorstep. Urbanclap basically
provides a platform between the customers and professionals where customer places a demand
through the app and a lead is generated which is provided to all the nearby professionals with the
help of AI and as soon as one of the professional accepts the lead a certain amount of money is
charged from them which acts as a source of revenue for urbanclap. So all these requests were
displayed to us on their software called Sherlock and whenever some of the requests placed by
the customers were not getting responses, our role came into play and with the help of software
we would locate the nearby professionals and send them the requests and ask them the reasons
for not accepting the requests. Apart from this my main role was to do the demand forecast that
how much requests would be falling in the following week using previous data from their software
with the help of excel and plan their manpower in different clusters within operations department.
Overall the exposure was very nice and i got to learn about the flow of information and the various
key concepts on the basis of which operating decisions were made. The work culture was also
very open and the seniors were always available to solve your queries and were helpful and there
used to be live screening of cricket matches with refreshments to promote inter department
interactions. At last i would like to say that working here was once in a lifetime experience a nd i
also made some new friends.

respective targets, saving a lot of time in hand. I worked on few predictive modelling projects as
well. This internship helped me apply the classroom learnings in real life business projects. It was
one of the best professional experiences I’ve had till date. The learnings, insights & exposure have

Your internship experience:

Working as a digital marketing intern at the leading Indian aviation company was an enriching and
memorable experience for me. My internship, that lasted for around two months, provided me with
an opportunity to learn, work and grow simultaneously. As an intern, I worked with experienced
employees, dealing with multiple aspects of digital marketing and learning the nuances of it,
beyond the theoretical scope of my knowledge. This provided me with a clearer view of what I'd
want to pursue in the long run.

Your internship experience:

An ideal workplace should be the one that every employee looks forward to coming on a Monday
morning. That is exactly what I experienced while working in Puma India as a marketing intern. At
PUMA, learning and growing is inculcated in their ideology of Forever Faster and that is why the
company has supported my urge to constantly learn and rise by giving me the exposure as well as
providing hands-on experience on three live projects in three different domains of marketing, i.e.,
Public Relations, Strategy, and Digital marketing. It helped me unlock a better version of myself.
One of the projects of Strategy required me to do an in-depth analysis of in.puma.com and
suggesting ways to improve the user experience while browsing. My research got considered
which anticipated to boost the brand sales by 20%. Working closely with some of the world’s
innovative and creative minds enabled me to learn what it is to have a vision, what it is to have
passion, and most importantly, what it is to be ‘PUMA-fit’.
