About the Role – AWS Leadership Program by AISPL (ALP)


We want to hire and develop the next generation of leaders for our organization. The AWS Leadership Program by AISPL (ALP) allows
you to embark on an exciting career journey as you gain exposure to our rapidly growing and evolving business and our unique
company culture. The AWS Leadership Program by AISPL is a two-year, full-time program that exposes successful candidates to
different functions within the organization: Business Development, Sales, Partner, and Sales Strategy, Operations, & Enablement
(SSOE). This program aims to develop the next generation of cross-functional leaders within AISPL. You will complete two one-year
rotations across two different teams. During each rotation, you will leverage subject matter experts to independently own and deliver
high-impact projects from inception to execution. At the end of the program, you will join one of our teams. This program is designed
to provide you with the mentorship, guidance, and opportunities to enable you to build. You will gain a rewarding learning experience
as you work with our teams, partners and customers.

What are we looking for?


We are looking for builders who are motivated to build the business for tomorrow. There are no limitations in terms of experience or
academic major. We are looking for a diverse group of future leaders with a shared enthusiasm for AWS and cloud computing. The
ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, enjoys problem-solving, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Functions:


1. Sales Strategy, Operations, and Enablement (SSOE): The SSOE team works closely with the management team to develop,
implement, and manage business processes, reports and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals.
2. Sales: Our sales teams develop and execute against a territory plan to drive revenue and market share. Our sales teams work directly
with customers and drive business growth by articulating compelling value propositions for AWS services, drive customer adoption of
AWS, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Business Development: The business development team incubates business initiatives with an impact that will shape how the
business will look like in the next 5 to 10 years. The team creates go-to-market strategies for identified business opportunities, and
collaborate with other functions to implement these strategies to accelerate customer adoption of AWS.
4. Channels and Alliances: The channels and alliances team recruits, enables, and develops consulting and technology partners to
drive their business growth. The AWS Partner Network (APN) is a global partner program that focuses on helping APN partners build
successful AWS-based businesses or solutions by providing business, technical, marketing, and go-to-market support. Our consulting
partners are professional services firms that help customers design, architect, and migrate their workloads and applications on AWS.
Our technology partners provide software solutions that are hosted or integrated on the AWS platform.

Successful Candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:


 Business acumen and ability to work independently and as part of a team
 A “can-do” attitude with strong ownership to execute projects end-to-end
 Results driven with analytical capability to provide data-driven arguments to innovate and/or simplify current processes and
practices
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests
 A passion for AWS and driving cloud computing adoption in India through prescriptive go-to-market strategies

Basic Qualifications
 Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
 A stellar academic and/or professional record
 Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to utilize Excel and/or other software to provide date to support your analyses
 Excellent English written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
 Knowledge of cloud computing and AWS services
 Experience in project management and evidence of past ownership of an initiative from inception to execution
