Main purpose of the job:

The main purpose of this role to provide Front Office Management to ensure smooth running of the company by
attending to/directing clients and visitors appropriately, operating the switch board and performing the role of
typist.
Key out puts: List the key areas in which the Measurement/Performance Indicators
job holder must successfully achieve its
purposes.
4. Front Office Management/Customer care.  Manages front office.
 Talks to all visitors, establishes the purpose of their visit
and directs them after consulting the correct host
 Types correspondence as instructed by superiors
 Educates potential clients on the services the company
offers.
5 Switch Board management.  Receives telephone calls and transfers them to the right
persons and makes telephone calls as requested.

6 Administrative role  Stands in for the Personal Secretary.
