Warm up:

3-5 dynamic stretches

 Side Shuffles
 Quad stretch
 Single Leg RDL
 Lunges

Equipment:

 Whistle
 Speaker
 Watch

Activity:

Cardio and Core Partner workout:

Set #1:

 Partner ONE: Jog 2 laps around gym/ 2 laps across field (gassers).
 Partner TWO: Jumping Jacks

**Students switch roles once the partner running finishes their lap**

Set #2:

 Partner ONE: Up and Down Bleachers


 Partner TWO: Kick outs

**Students switch roles once the partner running finishes their set of stairs**

 Partner ONE: Jog 2 laps around gym/ 2 laps across field


 Partner TWO: Push Ups

Set #4:

 Partner ONE: UP and DOWN Bleachers


 Partner TWO: Russian Twists

**Students switch roles once the partner running finishes their set of stairs**

Set #5:

 Partner ONE: Jog 2 laps around gym/ 2 laps across field (down and back)
 Partner TWO: Calf Raises

**Students switch roles once the partner running finishes their lap**

Set #6:

 Partners ONE AND TWO: 10 High Five Sit Ups

Set #7:

 Partners ONE AND TWO: 10 Partner jumping planks

Set #8:

 Partners ONE AND TWO: Jog ONE lap around Field together

Cool Down:

 Walk around gym/field together while everyone finishes.
