I am Ravinder Reddy M, r/o H.No. 3-11-200, St. No. 7, RTC Colony, LB Nagar, Hyderabad,
Telangana, India. I own a residential building at the above mentioned address, which I have
built in the year [●], after taking prior building plan approval from GHMC, the [●] number of
which is [●]. A copy of the building plan approval is attached herewith as Annexure A.
My Property Tax Identification number is [●]. I regularly pay the Property Tax every year
and I have never made any default in paying the Property Tax.
I humbly request your authority to kindly provide me with the following details:
