Introduction

a. Details of selected theme

Our theme is related to the humanity. Humanity can be defined as quality of being human;
the peculiar nature of man, by which he is distinguished from other beings. Being
human does not mean that an individual possesses humanity.
If you want to understand the quality of humanity in an individual take note of what he
does for people who give noting back in return to the favour they have offered.

One of the most outstanding examples of extra- ordinary humanity in a human being
has been portrayed beautifully by Mother Teresa. Humanity means caring for and
helping others whenever and wherever possible. Humanity means helping others at
times when they need that help the most, humanity means forgetting your selfish
interests at times when others need your help.
Humanity means extending unconditional love to each and every living being on Earth.
A perfect example of humanity can be demonstrated by the following story.

A king with a kind heart once saw a pigeon and an Eagle fighting. He possessed the
ability of communicating with the birds and animals. The pigeon asked the king to save
him from the eagle. The king told the eagle that he is ready to pay any price in return for
saving the pigeon. The eagle asks the king to give him the equal amount of flesh to the
weight of the flesh of the pigeon. Agreeing to the Eagle’s condition, the king starts
chopping off his own flesh equal to the flesh of the pigeon. After donating a little bit of
his flesh, he still finds the pigeon heavier. Finally he surrenders the whole of himself to
the Eagle to eat. That is the moment when both the Eagle and the pigeon turn into
angels who appeared on the earth to test the extent of the king’s humanity. The king is
now rewarded with the most precious rewards and heaven after life for his deed of
humanity.

This story can be understood as an exaggerated statement so that individuals

understand the importance of humanity in their day to day lives. It is important to
understand one important fact; an individual’s life is successful not by the number of
degrees he or she attains but by the degree of humanitarian activities that individual is
into on a day to day basis.
Serving the poor and the disabled is one of the greatest humanitarian help an individual
can provide in his or her lifetime. It is essential to understand the fact that we are
extremely lucky to have everything we desire at any point of the time we need. Serving
the needy means that you yourself think that you have more than enough resources to
your disposal.

People who always crib that they do not have sufficient facilities available despite
having everything can never provide humanitarian services because if one has the mind
set of not being self- sufficient, how can he or she help someone else. One is always
remembered for his or her good deeds and it is essential to understand that there is no
better deed than providing services for humanitarian causes.

If eating and having fun is only what we are born to do then we should keep one thing in
mind; even animals can do such activity; if God has made us humans there has to be
some reason behind it.

Only human beings can understand the importance of humanity and it is humanity as a
result of intelligence which actually gives the core essence to human existence. You will
not need a hefty bank account to contribute towards humanitarian activities. Paying your
domestic help fairly is also humanity. You are willing to pay thousands of bucks for your
medical check- up but when it comes to paying your employee; you want to save every
penny.

Humanitarian activities should never be performed in order to achieve fame or to gain a

status symbol. You can easily achieve fame by the work you do. Lifting the heavy bag of
an old woman is humanity, helping a disabled to cross the road is humanity, helping
your mom in doing work is humanity; in fact helping anyone who is in need is humanity.

b. Justification of selected theme

“together we will grow” is our selected theme and the reason of choosing this
theme is that we all human have capability to understand and express the
feelings, emotions.
To grow in life it is necessary to understand importance of support of each and
every life because with support of each other only, we can grow.
As, trees do not eat their own fruits they give it for the well of others, rivers do not
drink their own milk they quench the thirst of others, cows do not drink their own
milk they give it for the health of others. In the same way man should understand
that life has been given to serve others to serve the purpose of humanity.

3. Digital marketing
a. Introduction of digital marketing Platforms
1. Facebook

As a digital marketing expert, we have been using Facebook advertising for our clients’
businesses for several years. We always go back to Facebook because the platform has very
granular targeting to find your ideal target market. No other marketing platform allows for such
in-depth capabilities as Facebook. Plus, Facebook is constantly making improvements to have a
better user experience.

2. LinkedIn

Linkedin for B2B advertising because we can customize the ad and make it highly targeted to a
buyer personal. What makes Linkedin unique is that we can target the ad to people’s profession
instead of simply what they like on Facebook. This helps B2B companies stay top of mind to the
executives they are aiming to target.

for example, is the office: a professional landscape we use for networking, sharing news, and
connecting with coworkers. Facebook is your living room, where you catch up with friends (but
still guard your privacy).

3. Quora
In This social platform We received a high volume of qualified leads through Quora as they tend to
be great, top-of-the-funnel leads at a great price. When combined with remarketing through
Facebook and Google, it’s a great way to fill the top of the funnel with inexpensive leads, and then
push them down the funnel through remarketing.

4. Google AdWords
Google AdWords is ubiquitous. There’s no way to get serious about digital advertising without going
through Google AdWords and many of the lessons we learn from running a tight AdWords
campaign will serve to us well on other digital advertising platforms.
.

5. The Google Ecosystem

The reporting and attribution integrations make Google’s advertising products second to none. Many
platforms don’t play well together for attribution. Google has unified audience targeting across their
stack of products from search display to video so we can understand every customer touch-point
and apply the different tactics within the platform.

6. ShareASale
Creating an affiliate program on the ShareASale platform has been one favorite ways of advertising.
Bloggers and content creators can then make a commission from the sale of products, motivating
them to write about products and recommend them to their readers.

7. Instagram

Instagram has made its way to be the best advertising platform for sales. It’s all about influence and
marketing. If we know who our audience is and there is a product/market fit, then Instagram will help
us target that audience and increase the engagement, unlike any other platform. The other platforms
require huge ad budgets and give you very little in return.

8. Our Blog
Content marketing has a slow, slow burn. Over time though, it can become the most valuable lead
gen source out of any of your marketing mix. All of your content pieces from case studies to white
papers build up into a snowball of traffic and leads that continues to perform week over week, month
over month, year over year. Good content is at every level of a well-crafted marketing funnel.

9. twitter

As social media becomes more and more ingrained in our daily lives, it’s
easy to relate each platform to our physical environments.

Twitter is the bar scene, where people let loose and talk to strangers,
drop one-liners (or pick-up lines), and engage with personalities from all
walks of life.
It is this bar-like atmosphere that makes Twitter the ultimate platform for
customer engagement, and for the same reason why Twitter is the ideal
social network for marketers:
Twitter is the only social network where brands and consumers
have an even playing field and unrestricted lines of clear, concise
communication.
Engagement Goldmine
Twitter not only attracts a unique audience, but it makes your desired
audience easy to pinpoint. Characteristics and interests are easy to
discern not only through profiles, but through tweets, retweets, hashtags,
etc. that the individual shares. As we all know, in order to engage with
someone, you have to be engaging—to be relevant—and Twitter helps
us identify who we should engage with.
Strategize ways to incorporate hashtags, photos, and links into your
posts tactfully in order to boost engagement. For example, Quick
Sprout suggests creating new hashtags that are concise, conversational,
and unique—since tweets with hashtags double the engagement rate.
Other ideas for adding these engagement-boosting elements include
posting in-stream photos of infographs, behind-the-scenes shots or
industry events, and adding relevant links.
10. whatsapp
WhatsApp enables nearly-free communication similar to SMS texting. It also allows voice-to-voice calling,
even across oceans. More people joined WhatsApp within months of the Facebook acquisition, and today the
platform hosts a whopping 900 million active monthly users—most of them 25 to 34 years old.

WhatsApp can be accessible through both your desktop computer and smart phone that’s linked to a telephone
number. It’s free for the first year and $0.99 per year after that for every user on the platform—including
businesses. If you’d prefer to use it on your desktop, go online and follow the login instructions. If you’d like
to use it on your phone, download the app and create an account.

c. Justification of selected marketing platforms.

We have used three digital platform which is,

1. whatsapp
2. Facebook
3. Instagram

1 whatsapp
WhatsApp is up to the individual owner. Check in with your customers to see how much they like using the
platform for communicating and hearing announcements. Send out surveys to see if our customers may have
been turned onto company based on your accessibility through WhatsApp. We can also post your WhatsApp
number on your Facebook page to alert people that your company is using the platform.
The popular messaging service WhatsApp made international news in 2014 when Facebook acquired it for a
reported $19 billion—yes, with a B. People in the United States may have been surprised by the news—many
of them had never used the application—but it wasn’t as much of a shock for the rest of the world. More than
400 million people were already on the platform.

WhatsApp is an excellent tool for every businesses, but it’s important to note that the platform doesn’t allow
advertisements since it was created specifically for personal use, and not necessarily for business purposes.
Even so, entrepreneurs are smart to use the tool to connect and engage with their clients.
Here are some great ways to use WhatsApp for your business (advantages)

Customer support

Instead of offering a phone number for disgruntled customers to call, try using your WhatsApp
number and hiring customer service representative to manage that channel. Every businesses have
found customers prefer swift, short communications through WhatsApp, rather than being on hold with
traditional customer service call centers. Note that this works best for businesses with a limited number of
customers, since it may be difficult for companies who manage thousands of clients.
Team collaboration
Announce promotions and events. While it isn’t a good idea to spam your customers with product-specific
details since they have the ability to block you on the platform, business owners can use WhatsApp to
announce upcoming sales and in-store events. Open up the lines of communication after announcement for any
questions from customers.
Following up

Give out your WhatsApp number freely and tell customers to use it whenever they need to. Instead of
following up on a sale over the phone, send your customer a WhatsApp message to see how things are going.

c.types of add, text, image and video

Images

A social media post without relevant imagery…it’s like apple crumble without custard, like a 99
without a flake, like football without a cup final, or like My Social Agency without our unique agile
approach to marketing campaigns. Adding imagery makes a post unquestionably better.

Recall & Recognition

Firstly, imagery has a significant impact on how information about a brand is recalled by its
audience.

This demonstrates just how important relevant imagery can be in terms of future brand recognition,
which in turn can lead to future purchases, if nurtured correctly. At this point, it’s important to stress
the word relevant in the previous sentence. You are not likely to see any sort of benefit to your brand
if the imagery you use is irrelevant or is uninteresting to the audience. Therefore you need to
carefully consider the type of imagery you are using in order to ensure maximum recognition and
recall.

Engagement Rates
Associating imagery with your post can have a drastic impact on engagement rates, and there has
been a lot of research undertaken which demonstrates this:
“Tweets with images receive 150% more retweets than tweets without images.”

What imagery works?

We’ve made quite a lot of references to ‘relevant’ content, but up until this point, we haven’t given a
clear example of what relevant content actually is.
In order for content to be considered ‘relevant’ it has to be of interest to your audience, it has to be
attractive to them, and it should either inform, educate or compel them to take some sort of action.
TEXT

Social media content is what drives engagement for your brand. Whether you’re posting just a
few times a week or interacting daily with your customers, it’s important to create and maintain a
social media presence over time.

Part of creating a social media content strategy is knowing what your customers want to see. For
many businesses, the only way to truly find this out is to test various forms of content over time.
Many people respond better to images, some to news stories, some to blogs from your own site.
And of course, there are infographics.

video

Video is a versatile and engaging content format that not only gives us a real-life picture of what
is going on; it’s also easy to share across multiple platforms. Consumers like it because it’s easy
to digest, entertaining and engaging, and marketers like it because it can give a potentially huge
return on investment (ROI) through many channels.

Video is also very accessible to anyone with internet access, both to watch and to produce. While
there is certainly a trend towards higher quality video on a professional level, anyone can hop
onto their laptop and create their own video in under an hour.

5. Digital Marketing Campaign Implementation

a. No of platforms
Digital marketing platforms success factors
It's important to evaluate emerging digital marketing platforms carefully since it's impossible for
most companies to invest in everything and use it well for marketing.

So evaluating new platform options is important. Typical issues to review include:

 Current and predicted future levels of customer adoption

 Competitor use and plans for new platforms
 Revenue forecast for each channel based on sales-predictions or ad revenue
 How use of new platforms can change brand-perception
 Cost of implementation of new platforms and repurposing content for these platforms
 Overall cost-benefit
