St. Scholastica’s Academy Marikina

Dear Sister Cecilia,

A pleasant day to you!

We are grade 12 ABM students from St. Hedwig and as graduating students, we are required to
put up a business and gain profit and skills from it. Our group decided to sell a product that is
appropriate to our available consumers thus we plan to sell chicken wings rice bowls . Our
business is called “Coco Bowls”.
Coco Bowls is a business owned by Aubrey Aguilor (External Affairs Head), Maxene Pigtain
(Operations Head), Angelica Lirio (Internal Affairs Head), Andrea Dionisio (Production Head),
Eloisa Interno (Finance Head), and Hannah Rimando (Marketing and Advertising Head). The
business is centered on sustainability and trend. Our main product is

(lagay nlang info about product natin tas ilagay flavors and indicate din kung san natin ilalagay )

Our ingredients are as follow:

 Chicken Wings
 Butter
 Hot sauce
 Sugar
 Spices
( pag may kulang pa ditto pa indicate)
After the much thought pricing of the product, the team computed a total price of a single product
of P50.00. Given that our product is not a necessity and it is suitable to number of people only, our
quota for a day is only 50 chicken wings rice bowls. With that, to maximize profit we plan to
market three times a week preferably during Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We will sell
our product every recess and lunch time in order to achieve our goal of 50 purchases a day. We
will be located in the tunnel near St. Rita’s classroom.
Moreover, for our stall, we would like to request the use of two tables owned by the school and
the group will provide for other materials that are necessary. Also, we would use the kitchen in
Sister Birgitta’s building for storage and preparation. We will maximize the equipment that is
available in the kitchen. We will store our ice in the refrigerator and we will use the blender for
the mixture of our cream cheese topping (1500 watts for less than 5 minutes). Furthermore, we
would also use the stove for 30 minutes a day and some utensils such as spoons and bowls.
In line with this, we humbly request your good office for the approval of our business. Attached
is a short summary regarding the product, its ingredients, its price, the place and time we plan to
sell, and other necessary information.
In case you have questions and concerns especially on our product or its ingredients, please feel
free to contact us through Angelica Babon at 09457723412 or through mail at
babonangelica@gmail.com.
We greatly appreciate your kind consideration of our request. Thank you so much!

Respectfully yours,

Catherine Abad Angelica Babon Denise Chicano
