for visiting Dignitaries
Hotel Amenities include: Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Exercise

Restaurant and Conference Areas.
Full Service Branded Restaurant/Lounge
Service, Storage, Circulation, and Ancillary Spaces as Needed.
CONFERENCE SPACE AND ATRIUM
Meeting/Conference Space for 250 - 600 People
Two Story Volume Interior Space Physically Connecting Hotel
to Stadium Suites.
Direct Access to Hotel Lobby and To Suites (via. Elevator)
from Atrium Space.
Open Reception/Pre-Function Space for 300 +/- People.
Atrium Serves as Main Grand Entry for Suites Game Ticket
Holders on Game Days.
SITE/EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS
Designated Parking Lot for Hotel
Transformation of East Campus Drive off of Mission Street to
a wider Boulevard with new Trees, Landscaping and Signage.
Covered Porte-Cochere Entry to Hotel.
Drive-up/Drop-off Lane to Atrium for Suites Entry

STADIUM SUITES
Six (6) New Stadium View Suites for 40 People Each, with:
o Glass Partition that slides open and stacks at side walls
to open suite up to exterior seating area during good
game weather.
o Designated Fixed Stadium Seating at Exterior.
One (1) Larger Entertainment Multi-Purpose Suite with
Stadium View for Approximately 80-100 People.
Two (2) Patio Exterior Suites at North and South ends of Suites
Building
Designated Restrooms, Food Service Staging and Storage
Areas on Suites Level
New Concessions and Public Restrooms including Family and
Unisex Restrooms at Main Concourse/Stadium Level to
replace existing freestanding concessions and restrooms
buildings.
One Service and One Patron Elevator
Service, Storage, Circulation, and Ancillary Spaces as Needed.
Access/Proximity to multi-purpose conference space and
break-out rooms.

Provide internship opportunities and hands-on experiences for
students in related fields of study.
Provide opportunities to interact (guest speakers & facilities
tours with professionals in the field).
Provide conference space & on site classroom access for
hospitality related courses.
Provide additional facilities (space/data access/client access)
for faculty research projects.
In general link to facilities, faculty, staff, students, and
resources of CMU and benefits the educational mission.

ATHLETICS GOALS
Allow for flexibility of suite/ entertainment space so events
could be hosted in area throughout the year.
Provide opportunity to increase revenue from the sale of these
areas and spaces.
Concession space needs to be expanded and updated to meet
needs of customers.
The location of the hotel with its direct access to the new Event
Center is another significant amenity of the building.
