Requirements: (IN ORDER TO START WORK MUST ADHERE TO WORK SPECIFIED BELOW)

Looking for senior commercial estimator that can produce turnkey architectural quantity takeoffs on all CSI
contruction divisions (1 to 50) for this project. Each architectural component and finishes must be identified,
isolated and quantified, level by level, and building by building. Also all these components must be fully itemized
and tabulated into our excel spreadsheet. Candidates must send sample projects of work they have performed in
past related to similiar commercial architectural takeoffs. We are seeking a seasoned architect or civil engineer
professional with 10 years experience in commercial estimation. PLEASE MUST HAVE S-K-Y-P-E ADDRESS and be
able to communicate effectively. We also like to let you know that we have a lot of work and other projects in the
pipeline.

INSTRUCTIONS OF WORK:
