1st Stage (Course suggestions and approvals)
Instructors enter course suggestions into the system (courses are placed in
08-28.05.2017 the pool)
New course suggestions are evaluated by departmental boards and
29-30.05.2017 system approvals are given.
New course suggestions are evaluated by graduate school/ faculty
31.05.2017/02.06.2017 /vocational school/high schools. The accepted courses are approved in the
system.
New course suggestions are evaluated by Education Commission.
05-12.06.2017 Accepted suggestions are discussed in Senate and and approved in the
system.

2nd Stage (Curriculum Design/Update and Approval)

Using the newly opened courses approved by the Senate, discussing and
13-18.06.2017 evaluating proposals for designing or updating the curriculum in the
department, entering the system and giving its approval.
The evaluation and approval of the proposals by the departments for
19-23.06.2017 creating or updating the curriculum entered and approved by the board of
directors in the graduate school/faculty /high school/vocational schools.
Evaluating the proposals of the curriculum formation or update approved
28.06.2017/07.07.2017 by the graduate school/faculty /high school/vocational schools boards in
Education Commission, negotiating the accepted proposals at the Senate
and giving system approvals.
3rd stage (ECTS workload entry and approval)

10-21.07.2017 According to the curriculum established or updated and approved by the

Senate, ECTS Work Load and its approvals are made by the Departments
on the system.
