The Followings works are taken up for the upkeep of our building

directions of Mescom.

In the General body meeting held last time, it was decided that the
maintenance charges would be raised to Rs. 2.00 per Sq. ft. Please
pay this every month on time. Similarly, to take up the urgent works,
it was decided that a collection of Rs.25 per Sq ft will be made from
all to meet the immediate expenses of the works undertaken. Please
pay this amount as early as possible as the works have started.

To get the best performance of our building and for the best use of
the premises, the following have become inevitable.

1. No 4 wheelers are permitted to be parked on the driveways all


around the building. Only those who have 4 wheeler Parking
by ownership are permitted to park their 4 wheelers inside the
building.
2. There are some designated places, leaving the driveway,
allotted to 2 wheelers outside the building, which are meant
for the inmates of the building (Those who are working in the
building as regular employees).
3. There is covered parking space inside the building, meant for 2 Wheelers,
which are reserved for the 2 Wheelers for the inmates of the building. (These
will be allocated as per the % undivided rights in the floor area of owners).
4. All the Premises holders are requested to give the Registration No.s of their
Vehicles immediately to the Manager. These Vehicles will be supplied with
Badges for easy recognition. There has been complaint that outsiders park
their vehicles inside our premises.
5. You may be aware that some thefts have been reported in the premises. Hence
all are requested to be careful in keeping their vehicles.
6. Please help keep the common areas clean and tidy. Do not dump wastes/
papers / scrap in the common areas.
7. Please do not paste posters/ advertisements on the walls of the corridors.
8. Please do not use the common areas for private purposes.
