Job Description:

The primary role of an Associate Principal / Engagement Manager is to own responsibility for
focusing the activities of the project team to create top calibre deliverables and presenting
these analyses and insights to clients. As an upper-level member of the project team, you will
assume ownership of day-to-day operation of the project, providing leadership and guidance
to your team members, while also building deep relationship with clients.

Manager should expect to perform:

• Deliver valuable insights and actionable options directly and convincingly to the client
• Play a key role influencing senior-level decisions and guiding their strategic course
• Determine the optimal way to leverage the diverse skills of your team members
• Manage the multiple workflows of your team to maintain focused coordination, as well
as motivating and mentoring your analysts and associates.
• Gain expertise in the client’s operations and industry in order to craft a unique strategy
• Take part in the evolution of Kepler Cannon by working with Partners to innovate and
expand

What we are looking for:

• Someone with a strong academic record from a top undergraduate and postgraduate
university
• Backed by 4-8 years of strategy consulting experience
• Equipped with a deep understanding of consulting analytical techniques, problem solving
frameworks and strategy approaches
• Someone with strong strategy and project management skills, complemented by strong
business intuition
• An analytical thinker with superior quantitative skills
• You take your work seriously, but not yourself
• A team player who is comfortable acting as a leader in some cases and as a contributor in
others
