CONSTITUTION OF THE BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC) HOUSE CLUSTER

OF BARANGAY POBLACION, BURGOS, ILOCOS NORTE

Pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular Nos. 98-227,99-226,2001-90,2003-131,2004,07,2012-094,2015-

63. And DDB BOARD REGULATION NO. 3, SERIES OF 2017, all pertaining to the creation, reorganization,
strengthening and revitalization of local anti-drug abuse councils in all levels of government, the
organization of Barangay House Clusters for Barangay Poblacion, Burgos, Ilocos Norte Is Hereby organized

Section 1. The Organization of Barangay House Cluster shall be based on the number of Purok
in the barangay and the following shall be designated as cluster leaders:

Purok Venus Johnard G. De Luna
Purok Mars Rodolfo N. Garcia, Jr.
Purok Jupiter Flordeliza C. Uddon
Purok Neptune Carlito Manuel, Sr.
Purok Saturn Rusel Jenald N. Garcia
Purok Pluto Florecita Y. Juan
PurokMercury Roque G. Garcia

Section 2. Functions of Barangay Cluster Leaders- Designated cluster leaders shall perform the following:

1. Attend BADAC meetings regularly upon instruction of the Punong barangay;

2. Prepare and maintain list of individual or residents in every household within his purok;
3. Immediately inform or report to BADAC any illegal drug-related activities or cases occurring
within his purok;
4. Perform other duties/ functions as may be assigned by the Punong Barangay

Section 3. Effectivity- This order shall take effect immediately.

Done this 31st day of July 2018, at Barangay Poblacion, Burgos, Ilocos Norte.
