GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOYCE MALUTE-GALINO, of legal age, married, Filipino and resident of 51A Happy
Homes, Old Lucban, Baguio City do hereby CONSTITUTE, AUTHORIZE and APPOINT my mother,
FELICIDAD O. MALUTE, likewise of age, married, Filipino and with same address as mine to be my
true and lawful Attorney-in-fact for me and in my NAME, PLACE and STEAD, to do and perform the
following acts and doings to wit:

1. To follow up my application and papers with the Social Security System (SSS), Baguio City
office concerning my SSS benefits claim and to claim such benefits if release;

2. To supervise, take care and oversee my stall at suit No. 246 Carrots Alley, Vegetable
Section, Hanger Market, Baguio City;

3. To submit the necessary documents or other papers as may be required for the claim of such
benefit ;

4. To represent, sign for, make, and execute any document which may be necessary for the
accomplishment of the purpose as herein provided;

5. To do other acts necessary and proper for the accomplishment of the foregoing as I might
lawfully do if personally present.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto me said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
