Public Management
As an Indonesia citizens and sosially active in community, I known my country and the region
really well, and I am aware of my country and history, politics, sociology, local culture and
especially sosial economic characteristics.

For now Indonesia is one of middle income country, despite of many challenges. In contrast with
some nation that facing aging population , Indonesia will be having manpower explosion in the
near future, therefore to prepare equal oppurtunities for everyone, Indonesia development should
be distributed evenly.

My academic background, aboard and inside work experience, and presences in various decent
international conferences involving different European and Asian Countries motivated me to again
more education and move forwad for being able serve my country.

My reason to study in abroad especially in University Of Science And Technology because in my

opinion Public Administration modul in China would provide many insights for me and for
administration system in Indonesia. Other reason I chose this university because in there I need
more relevant theory which update about Public Administration practicals on global. Thus because
Public Administration still relatively new in Indonesia. And then policy about Public Administration
is a good necessary for performance development my office. And development and Governance is
related with my desk job in manage Loan and Grant for local government development in
Indonesia. Such as curriculum local government and public administration, local government
internship which a classification as core course in this university. Terms Of other, When I studied in
Indonesia my degree from government course. And University Of Science And Technology provide
public policy in elective course it can be support my knowledge about local government and my
current job in Indonesia as civil servant which work in Ministry of Home Affairs as Leader local
Government in Indonesia.

My plan when I have finish study in University Of Science And Technology, I will use my
knowledge and experience from university and China for improve ability in work environment
especially in Ministry of Home Affairs for general to helping improve planning about public policy
and planning to formulation policy about the use of loans and grants more effective and efficient
to Indonesian citizen. With available human resource which capable and competence in
formulation policy thus wish the policy can be the implementing accord the dream and wish
Indonesia.

Hopefully after completion of this program in coming year , I intend to work for the objectives as a
responsible civil servant, which will act as precursor to fulfill the objectives of my country in
fighting against to corruption and stregthning the economy of my country which maintain or even
increase it’s growth to become high income country.

Therefore, I would like to request you for your assistance in providing me the opportunity of
admittance in this course for futher and higher education.
