i. Storage capacity specified above. The following area are to be provided by CONTRACTOR and not to be co

- PLISB shall do an audit on the warehouse site and shall make recommendation on the location of the CCTV.

NCA/Quarantine Area
Contractor required to allocated Quarantine area for keeping rejected/damaged goods, goods to be sent back for rew

First In First Out (FIFO ) requirement

Able to handle FIFO requirement for Finished Goods via Warehouse Management System
- Contractor to maintain Batch Number, Warehouse In Date, and pallet ID
- During mobilization / start up of the contract, Contractor will maintain 1 Warehouse In date for all existing stock.
- Contractor to provide in the Technical submission, FIFO Management.

Contractor are responsible for any product which expired due to failure of FIFO implementatation. Any stock balance
phase out activity which was not declared by contractor, items will be backcharged to Contractor based on average s
