When working out, make sure you take your time and focus on
doing any and all exercises properly. Even if you can't do as
many or goes as long as you could if you were using short cuts,
you'll get much better results by doing fewer perfect form
exercises. Not to mention that by using short cuts or improper
form you could end up injuring yourself
Buy your own exercise machine for your home. If you don't
have a gym nearby, or you just are not comfortable with the idea
of working out in public, buying your own equipment may be
your best bet. Many online stores offer inexpensive, but
effective, machines that are meant to fit into your home,
whatever size it may be.
Plan ahead for situations that could derail your fitness plans. At
a time when you are feeling enthusiastic and clear-headed,
establish a plan of action for all the possible reasons that you
may skip a workout. For example, if you have to work late, you
will skip the gym, but instead do short but intense workout at
home. By planning in advance, you don't have to come up with a
solution when you are stressed.
