SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ENRICO T. OMPANG, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Deca Homes, Mintal,
Davao City do to hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT EDGAR A. BORJA JR, Filipino, of
legal age, married, and a resident of Davao City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and
in my name, place and stead, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely:

1. To represent me before the PSSLAI in order to buy-out my outstanding loan therein;

2. To pay any sum or amount required for the said Loan Buy-out and to receive all necessary
documents required for that purpose;

3. To sign, execute, acknowledge and deliver any and all agreements, or other writings
therefore, which may be necessary and proper to that effect;

4. To make, sign, seal, execute and deliver contracts, documents, agreements and other
writings relating only to the said Loan Buy-out and upon such terms and conditions
acceptable to my said attorney-in-fact;

5. And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be required, necessary or
proper to carry out the above purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in about the premises herein granted, as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present with power of
substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and conforming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
