Dear Omer,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to offer you the
position of Internet Service Representative with ApexChat (KSH Solution) with following terms
and conditions.

This job is offered to you is an at-will basis employment position. The company pays salary
once a month before or by the 7th of every month.

• Job Details:

o Title: Internet Service Representative

o Reports to: Talha Mohsin

o Job Responsibility: Process Live Chats on behalf of US based businesses

o Location: Suite 104,1st Floor, Business Center, Block 6 P.E.C.H.S.,Sharah-

e- Faisal, Karachi. Pakistan.

o Work hours: Evening (27.5 hours/week) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,

Thursday & Sunday 6pm-12am with 30 minute break. (Friday &
Saturday off).

o Probation Period: 3 Months from the date of joining

• Compensation:

o Base Pay:17,700/Month
o Weekend Allowance:1,000/ Month
o Transportation Allowance:1,300/ Month
o Total Package: 20,000/Month
o Quarterly bonus: Variable based upon performance

 The company also offers 8 paid holidays, allowance for 4 paid sick days and 7 company
holidays based upon the US calendar.

 The company will cover you under its private medical insurance scheme (followed by
successful employment after probation)

 Notice Period is 14 days. Should you wish to end your services with the company without serving
the notice period, the company has a right to decline the provision of experience letter.

 As a requirement you will need to open a bank account. Instructions will be provided to you
once you start training
