I. Objective
Discuss the relationship among physiological, cognitive, psychological, spiritual and social
development to understand his/her thoughts (EsP-PD 11/12 DWP-ib-2.1 feelings, and behaviour)
To evaluate his/her own thought, feelings and behaviors in actual life situations EsP-
PD11/12DWP-Ic-2.2
To show the connections between thoughts, feelings and behaviors in actual life situations. EsP-
PD11/12DWP-Ic-2.3
II. Content
A. Topic: Developing the whole Person
B. Reference: ABM Curriculum Guide K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum
Personal Development by Ricardo R. Santos
C. Materials: IM’s, LM, CG, Manila Paper, Marker Pen
D. Values: Self Confidence
III. Procedure:
A. Preparatory Activities
1. Prayer
2. Checking of Attendance
3. Review
4. Motivation
Ask: When you hear the word WHOLE, what comes into your mind?
B. Development of the lesson
1. Activity: Message Relay
Instructions: In a group of two (2), students will relay a message from one member to
another, until it reaches to the last member of the group.
The last person to receive the message will reveal it to the group. Group that finish first
with correct message relayed wins. You are only given two (2) minutes for this.
2. Analysis
Instructions: Answer the following:
1. What is the message? How were you able to send the message clearly?
2. How were you able to relate it in your own experience?
3. What is the keyword that you can find in the message?
3. Abstraction
Discuss the relationship among physiological, cognitive, physical, spiritual, and social
development to understand his/her thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Evaluate his/her own thoughts,
feelings, and behaviors.
Discuss and show the connections between thoughts, feelings and behaviors in actual
life situations
4. Application
Instructions: The class will be divided into two. Each group will be given a ,manila paper
and marker pen. Each group will discuss relationship among the various aspects of social development.
One representatives per group will discuss the output in class.
IV. Evaluation
Each student will evaluate his/her own thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
V. Assignment
Write an actual life situation of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
