6. To receive, for and in my behalf, my last pay for services rendered

7. To turn over, for and in my behalf, the items that are still in my
custody such as the Company ID, _____________, etc.;

8. To delegate, in whole or in part, any or all of the above powers

herein granted or conferred, by means of an instrument in writing,
in favor of any lawyer that he may choose.

authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and
about the premises as full and for all intents and purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution and
