AFL9G – AFLAS® 90 ED AFL9G is a MCM high-developed synthetic rubber
Material No. 3090-10301 based on Aflas® FEPM polymer. It is a peroxide cured
Tetrafluoroethylene / Propylene Copolymer. This
compound has excellent resitance to steam, acids,
hot water, oils, lubricants and sour oil and gas and
amine-based corrosion inhibitors.

Designed specifically for high-pressure gas applications.

AFL9G is specially formulated for explosive
decompression resistance (AED - Anti Explosive
Decompression).

AFL9G has a temperature range from -20°C to +200°C

(short time at +230°C).

AFL9G qualifications:
J NORSOK M710 (AED) – 5.33 mm
J NACE TM0187 (sour gas environment) –20% H2S
J API6A (sour gas environment) – 10% H2S
J Excellent resistance to steam, amines, bases and
hydrogen sulphide
J Resistance to oils, lubricants and kerosine
J High pressure resistance

Our AFL9G is available for production of O-Rings (with

diameters from 1 mm up to 2000 mm) and every shape
of seal customer-designed.
