 Cyber world or Cyberspace is An online world where users have the
mechanisms in place to transact any business or personal activity as
easily and freely as they can transact them in the physical world. Internet
is the infrastructure of Cyber world.

Although cyber world is a virtual world, punishments for cyber crimes are both
virtual and physical. Offender will be punished either under civil law or criminal
law.

Since there is no governing body for Internet, punishment may depend on

country law or regional law.
