Mise’en place – which means “putting in place as in set up”
Sandwich – is a food typically consisting of vegetables, sliced cheese or meat, place on
or in between slices of bread
Clubhouse Sandwich – three slices of toast filled with sliced meat or vegetables
Spreads – the purpose of the spread is to protect the bread from soaking up moisture
from the filling

Here are the ingredients needed in preparing and presenting clubhouse sandwich

3 slices of white bread

Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumber
1 slice ham, cheese and scrambled egg
Since you already know the ingredient lets proceed

 Remove all your hand accessories
 Wash your hand properly
 Wear complete working outfit
 Proper handling of tools should be observed to avoid accidents

 Place the three slices of bread (without crust) on a clean surface, spread the top
with mayonnaise
 On the first slice, place 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices of tomatoes and cucumber
 Place the second slice of toast on top, spread the bottom with mayonnaise
 On top of this, place the ham and lettuce leaf
 Add scrambled egg
 Top with the third slice of toast
  Place grill pricks on 2 sides of the sandwich
 Cut the sandwich from corner to corner
