C.5 Mortar application

D Crack Filling
Surface must be thoroughly cleaned, free of dust, grease etc
and washed well with water. The surface to be checked for
cracks, hollowness and loose plastered areas etc if any. All
loose plaster and cracks larger than 10 mm width to be

repaired with polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit
Pidicrete URP. The cracks up to 5 mm to be treated with Dr Rn/ft
Fixit Crack-X Paste and the larger ones up to 10 mm with Dr
Fixit Crack-X Shrinkfree / Pidicrete URP.
D.1 Application
Painting with 2 coats of Asian paints Ultima protek Base
coat with 30 % dilution and Top coat of Ultima protek Sft 46000 19 874000
with respective shade with 30% dilution.

F Grill Oil Paint Black Color: Surface Preparation:

Scraping the grill. Apply one coat of primer and allow it to
F.1 dry for 2 - 3 hours. Apply one coat of Black Color Oil Paint.

G PAINTING (NTERNAL )
 Scrapping the existing paint and finishes & Providing and
applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint in minimum of three coats of
approved make and shadeon Walls, Ceiling ,plywood
,gypsumboard, surfaces etc including all the necessary
G.1 surfaces preparation. The wall shall be cleaned, filled with
POP punning & applied with one coat of primer to achieve an
even surface to apply paint. As per the directions/ to the
satisfaction of the client (Makes:-AsianPaint, BergerPaint,
Nerolac or equivalent Paint)

Total ₹ 10,54,000.00

-: Terms and Conditions:-

1. Once the quotation is approved and passed, the client will give us the work-order and will release 30%
advance of the approximate estimated cost. Further payment of 30% will be released by the client after
scaffolding and crack filling work completed and 30% after completion of 1St Coating and the balance
10% will be released by the client on completion of the work.

Note: These calculations are based on the approximate area. The final bill will be made after taking the
physical measurement of the total area in presence of the client or a person appointed by the client and
the difference will be paid accordingly. (As per I. S. I. 1200)

4. In case any damage occurs to the surface after completion of waterproofing work, any further
repair work to be undertaken, the charges for the same be borne by the client.

5. Water, electricity and storage space for the materials and equipment will be supplied by the
society free of cost.

6. Chemicals to be used for repairs like polymer, waterproofing, acrylic paint etc. will be of Dr. Fixit &
Asian Paints
