Subject: Appointment letter for Manager , HR Operations , Evolve XL, Mumbai

Dear Umesh,

We are pleased to offer you appointment as Manager, HR Operations for our Mumbai office.This is a work
from home offer. The terms and conditions are as follows:

1. Your salary will be fixed INR 20,000/-pm. However this comes with a minimum commitment of empanelling
10 new recruiters on zubbern.com. 10 companies to be empanelled and 10 selections with a minimum value of
INR 2 Lacs of revenue per month. (Out of these 10 selections a minimum of 5 selections should come from
your team ie from a minimum of 5 recruiters, the idea behind this is to have good and performing recruiters on
board). For 10 selections less than 2 Lacs the remuneration will come down to INR 15000/-pm.

2. Companies to be empanelled – The data of these companies can be found by simply going
to naukri.com, monster.com and other job portals where you can easily find the companies looking to hire
along with their HR manager’s details, please see to it that either these company’s have their headoffice in
Mumbai or your city of operation as payment collection from them post selection does not become tedious
and cumbersome. A common mail that we send to the companies with a PPT and service agreement will be
shared with you. In addition to this we will also give you names of some companies you can work on.

3. Apart from your fixed remuneration subject to achieving your targets, we also pay the recruiters under you
starting from 20% of the revenue to 50% of the revenue depending on the slab that he/she achieves a
separate mail of the same will be sent to you once you accept to work with us.

4. In the event of you unable to achieve the targets their will be changes in the fixed salary structure
a. 9 selections you get INR 12000/-
b. 8 selections you get INR 10000/-
c. 7 selections you get INR 7000/-
d. 6 selections you get INR 5000/-
e. 5 or below 5 selections nothing is payable as we expect a team of 10 recruiters to do a minimum of more
than 5 selections.
f. Incase if you do have achieved 10 selection with the revenue target of INR 2 Lacs. The 11th selection and
joining in a month will get a bonus of INR 3000 over and above INR 20000/- till the 15th selection. On 16 th
selection onwards the bonus is INR 5000 per selection. Please note in case you do 10 selections but the value is
less than 2 Lacs you will be getting a multiplier of 10 to the total revenue you have achieved viz a viz your
target eg you do INR 190000/- you will get INR 19000/- only

5. The payment collection from the companies that you will add will be a responsibility of yours. Please ensure
the same. On the existing companies which are existing Zubbern clients payment collection will be a
responsibility at our end.

6. The data for recruiter’s willing to work from home will be provided by Zubbern. All the new recruiters being

on boarded should mandatorily have recruitment experience and the same will be vetted by team zubbern.

7. In the event of you not being able to achieve the minimum parameters of 5 selections as listed in the
paragraph for a period of consecutive 3 months the agreement will be null and void. Please note this is a
consulting assignment and should not be construed as permanent job under the ambit of labor laws.

8. Incase if you are unable to get 10 companies onboard and get only 8 you can compensate the same with 2
additional recruiters however the recruiter count under you should not go beyond 15 at any given point in
time. In other words it would mean that a minimum of 5 companies needs to be empanelled.

9. Empanelling 10 companies is a one time exercise and you will not be expected to do it month on month, the
only criteria is that atleast 50% of them should have openings at a given point in time. However having more
companies is advisable, they will be beneficial to you and your team for hiring requirements as you will have
the first right to work on their mandates. In the event of you having less than 10 recruiters or less than10
companies, the cumulative of these two should be 20 as per the permissible permutation combination
explained above, the same number will be deducted from the number of total selections.

10 First month on achieving the said numbers the salary will be INR 20000/- second month if you achieve the
same it will be increased to INR 25000/- On achieving the same in the third month it will be INR 30000/- and
for all subsequent months that you keep achieving the said numbers the salary would be INR 30000/-
