SELECTION PROCESS
For Management Trainees, selection will be based on Written Test, Group Task/Dis
cussion and
Interview. For JM (F&A), selection will be based on interview only. Selected can
didates can be
posted anywhere in India.
EMOLUMENTS
Management Trainees Junior Manager(F&A)
Scale of pay during training :
Rs. 12,600-32,500/-(min. gross Rs.19,000/-).
On successful completion of training of
one year, will be placed in the scale of
Rs. 16,400-40,500/-.
Scale of pay: Rs. 16,400-40,500/-(min.
gross Rs.30,000/-).
Besides, HRA and other benefits like Leave Encashment, Medical facilities, CPF,
Gratuity etc. will be
admissible as per rules.
BOND
Selected candidates in the post of Management Trainee will be required to execut
e a Bond for
Rs.50,000/-in favour of MSTC Ltd. to serve the Company for a period of at least
5 years.
