Visa Requirements for TOURIST

Applicant under Assessment Level 1 (AL1):
01. Valid passport six (6) months from the date of travel including old passport/s
02. Duly completed and signed Visa Application Form 14A
03. Two (2) recent colored passport size photos with white background, with a matt or semi-matt finish,
taken within the last 3 months. Image must show the full face and without headgear (headgear worn
in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide the facial features
04. Copy of Immigration Card (ICARD) issued by the Bureau of Immigration or any proof of residency /
immigration status in the Philippines
05. Flight itinerary
06. Hotel booking confirmation certificate
List of nationals under Commonwealth of Independent States of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,
Assessment Level 1 (AL1) Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia, India, Democratic People’s
Republic of Korea , Peoples Republic of China, Holders of Hong Kong document of Identity and
Holders of Macau Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Travel Permit

02. Duly completed and signed Visa Application Form 14A
03. Letter of Introduction Form V39A
04. Two (2) recent colored passport size photos with white background, with a matt or semi-matt finish,
taken within the last 3 months. Image must show the full face and without headgear (headgear worn
in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide the facial features
05. Copy of Immigration Card (ICARD) issued by the Bureau of Immigration or any proof of residency /
immigration status in the Philippines
06. Flight itinerary
07. Hotel booking confirmation certificate

Passport, Temporary Passport issued by the United Arab Emirates and Refugee Travel Document issued
by the Middle East Countries; Titre De Voyage Travel Document

NOTE:
01. Immigration and Check Point Authority (ICA) of Singapore merely allows applicant to apply the visa thirty
(30) days prior to the intended travel date
02. Letter of Introduction Form V39A - the local contact must be either a Citizen of Singapore or a Singapore
Permanent Resident who is at least 21 years old with a SingPass/CorpPass account. Form V39A issued by
your Embassy can also be accepted if you are unable to secure from a local contact to support your visa
application.
03. For an AL2 visa applicants that cannot submit the Letter of Introduction Form V39A, they are required to
submit a signed letter of explanation stating the reason for non-submission of the required form.
04. Please submit original and complete documents to avoid delay in the processing.
05. Visa fee and requirements are subject to change without prior notice.
06. Once the visa application is filed, your passport will be in the possession of the Embassy, whether locally or
internationally. Please ensure that you have no planned travel while the visa application is being
processed.
