AFFIDAVIT OF DISINTERESTEDNESS

I, _______________, 67 years old having been born on September 24, 1950,

married, elementary graduate, and a resident of _______________, do hereby depose
and state:

1. That I am the mother of the victim under blotter entry no. 2016-8312 with
title Stabbing that transpired at _____________________ wherein the suspect was
identified to be _________________l, 45 years old, married, and a resident of
_________________________.

2. That I am the complainant under blotter entry no. 2016-8312 for Stabbing
Incident/Homicide with identified culprit as the offender/person being complained of
as specified in the above stated blotter entry against the above-named
suspect/person being complained of.

3. That after thorough self searching and evaluation and after going through
the incident as stated above many times, I have reached the conclusion that I will no
longer continue to prosecute the case being complained of as specified in the above
stated blotter entry against the abovenamed suspect/person being complained of in
view of the fact that the family of the suspect was helping in financial and burial
assistance and I decided to do this affidavit of Disinterested Complainant;

4. That after examining the incident that transpired above, the same may be
said to be misappreciation of facts and misunderstanding of the emotion of both
sides, on my part as the complainant and the above-named suspect/person being
complained of;

5. As a result of which, I have decided not to pursue the complaint because in

fact my witness is afraid to testify in court regarding the said incident;

6. the truth of the matter is that the above stated reason for the complaint
never really exists.
