With the reference to the subject cited above, the two children named Dasari
Yadamma D/o Dasari Babu , age. 11 years and Dasari Balu S/o Dasari Babu , age.
13 years , SC community ( Holiya Dasari ) R/o Shankarpally , RR District has
trace out in Raghavapur Village , Yalala mandal, Vikarabad District in the
circumstances of Bonded Labour.

The Information of the Bonded labour of children has given by the local
Anganwadi Teacher to the ICPS and Child line, and after that ICPS Staff has
rescued those children from the accused person home and shifted to the
Shishugruha, Vikarabad.

The Parents of child has lodged a complaint against the accused person with
sections 374IPC, 79 JJ act, 16,17,18, BLSA 14CLA at Yalal PS, Vikarabad. After
rescue, those children got repatriated in the sense of grooming, good clothes,
Nutrition food etc. After couple of days the children parents has counseled and
concerned children has handed over to their respective parents after verification of
their candidature.

After repatriation of the bonded children, the compliance report was

submitted to District collector, Vikarabad. For compensation part the District
collector has instructed to PD,NCLP Vikarabad District on dated 12.01.2020.
Further necessary action interms of compensation and other benefits in sake of
victims as per bonded labour abolition act.
