To whom it may concern:

I am writing to request your good office to allow some major renovations to Block 5 Lot
13 Evissa unit.

The plan would be to follow the model house with slight modifications on the second
floor. Instead of a three-room partition, it would only be two. The works will include but
not limited to wall partitions, painting, tiling, installation of window type ACU, hanging
cabinets installation, service area building extension, etc.

Please let me know if we can go ahead with the renovations.
