Good day!

One of the goals of the Senior High School Program specially in the Academic Track- Accountancy,
Business and Management (ABM) strand is to expose our students in the greater horizons of their
academic life. Relative to this, ABM strand prepares the students to take BOOKKEPPING NC III
Assessment on February 12, 2020 (Wednesday) at Santa Cruz, Laguna from 8AM-5PM.

In addition, we would like to seek your approval to allow your child to undergo review on February 9,
2020 (Sunday) from 8AM-5PM under the supervision of their ABM adviser, Ms. Frances Nova B. Dela
Peña.

Kindly fill out the WAIVER and submit it to your adviser.
