PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am ----------------hailing from the remote and malnourished area ---------------, sharing the
territorial boundary with-----------------. I have completed my Bachelor's in June 2019 from --------
-----------. The region I belong to has a rich and unique culture. I am aiming to promote it too and
want to make myself easy to put in other cultures to have a cultural harmony. I believe that
interfaith and intercultural harmony can create peace and prosperity in the world.

Grooming in a mediocre family, with an educational background, my innate passion for it has
been the reason that I have been always an adept exceptional hardworking student in my whole
academic career. Learning from the past, applying in present and preparing for the future is a
philosophy I learned in the last sixteen years. The atmosphere of competition at the very
institution convinced me to work harder and harder and started to rectify the weaknesses within
my personality. For this, I made my sleeves up for the improvement and tried hard to eradicate
the shortcomings. This effort and endeavor step brought radical changes in me and made my
mind more inquisitive clearing the doubts about my studies.

Although I studied Politics, but now I want to pursue my Master’s in Philosophy. Because for
any student of Politics or even according to me every individual should study philosophy to get
the deeper and rational knowledge and understanding of life and what an individual is doing in
his life and what to do. Philosophy is about giving a simple answer to a very difficult question
that can be easily understand by any individual. This world is getting worst day by day peace is
very rare to find and the basic philosophy of life is to live peacefully and to tolerate the
intolerance, but what we are facing in this world is the opposite of this. This situation is because
of not understanding the real philosophy of life.

During my Bachelor's course in Western Philosophy, we were taught about great philosophers
like the great Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Rossue, Montesquieu, Karl Marx, and Mao Zedong
others. What I love about all these philosophers was there logical and rational discussion even if
they disagree at any point with each other they gave a reason, a logical point to discuss. Like
Plato the famous student of a very well known Philosper of all the times Socrates disagrees at
many points but with very stronge and logical meanings. I found that all these philosophers
taught us to live in this world with each other by accepting and adjesting everyone. Philosophy is
about bringing discipline in life.

I have a desire to find a social network. I want to create awareness amongst masses about
ideologies, their constitutional rights, laws, human rights, and gender equality by conducting
various sessions in schools and colleges, public places about the aforementioned issues, besides
participating in many seminars, workshops, and media programs.

I strongly believe in global brotherhood and feel that through the cooperation of nations,
numerous challenges faced by humanity today can be overcome and the world can be made a
better place to live in for mankind.
I also keep myself indulge in healthy activities like football and cricket to have a sound mind in a
sound body. I believe that sports can help me to increase the team spirit and it maintains my
physical health. Sportsmanship is one of the traits that I gained from sports. I also let my mind to
get relax and refresh the taste of music.

I am a very committed and hard-working person and therefore believe that ------------------
University is the ideal place for me to extend my education as I am confident that I will meet the
demands made by studying Philosophy.
