(i) Confirm the Prius Automatic Charger

is stiii connected and set on the

“HiGH” current setting to assure that
ECU REPROGRAM the battery voitage stays consistentiy
MAIN MENU above 11.5 voits during
SYS: HV ECU reprogramming.

1: GET CAL FROM PC WARNING:

2: CURRENT ECU CAL
3: UPDATE ECU CAL
4: CAL ON TESTER
E: CLEAR CAL DATA
DO NOT use a jumper
battery in place of the Prius
Automatic Charger or
IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO
THE ECU MAYRESULT.

(j) Select “3: UPDATE ECU CAL” from

the “ECU REPROGRAM MAIN
MENU.”

(k) Select “1: IN-SERVICE ECU” from

“UPDATE ECU CAL SELECT ECU
UPDATE ECU CAL TYPE” menu.
SELECT ECU TYPE

1: IN-SERVICE ECU
2: NEW ECU

(i) Confirm the foiiowing before

UPDATE ECU CAL proceeding:
