Dear Mr.G. Ravi,

APPOINTMENT ON CONTRACT AS “QUALITY SUPERVISIOR”

With reference to your application and the interview you had with us, we are , pleased to offer you’re
an appointment on contact on the following terms and conditions:

1. The appointment is on contract basis, connected with the work of SPECIAL PROJECTS. Your Date of
joining will be not be later than Oct 09. » 2018.
2. You are designated as “QUALITY SUPERVISIOR” to perform such manual, ' operational, technical
time to time pertaining to SPECIAL PROJECTS.
3. You will be paid monthly stipend Rs. 18,000/-

4.You will not be eligible for any other allowance / benefits /concessions as may be applicable to permanent
category of workmen.

5. You will be eligibile for Casual Leave at the rate of Two days for each quarter A in a year as per
company norms.
6. You will devote whole- time attention to the company’s work and will not engage yourself in any
other activity
7.You will further work sincerely and diligently protecting always the interest of the Company.
8. You will be discontinued from services for reasons of negligence, irregular , . attendance, improper
behaviour, unsatisfactory progress, indiscipline, disloyalty, disinterestedness, disrespect to
disciplinary and administrative controls, damaging and/or mishandling of tools, instruments ,
equipments di. . and accessories, attachments and such others, and breach of Confidentiality and
Secrecy,

9.This contract can also be determined earlier, without notice or payment in-
lieu thereof, when the work for which you are appointed is completed or if it
is considered that you are no longer suitable for doing the job for which you are appointed, your
services shall be terminated without any notice.
10.During the training period and while working on the shop floor, you are
a supposed to abide by the personal hygiene and safety regulations of the
company and mandatorily wear safety shoes. Any deviation in the above rules will be observed strictly
and action shall be taken accordingly..,
11.Either party can terminate this employment by serving a notice of one month on the other, the
management at its discretion will give you one-month.

12.As our company is covered under Official Secrets Acts, verification of your character and conduct. And
antecedents is essential for continuation of your Service. In case any adverse report of your antecedents

Government agencies, this appointment will be terminated without any Notice.
13.This appointment on contract will terminate automatically on the expiry of period specified herein.
14.This Offer is valid only for one week from the date of issue, after the above said period this offey“has no
validity,
