Minutes:

 Opening Prayer
o The meeting was formally started with an opening prayer led by the class adviser, Ms
Clarizzel B. De Jesus.
 Roll Call & Quorum
o Miss Clarizzel De Jesus did the roll call of the members.
o The following are the names of the attendees.

 Presentation of the Agenda

o School rules & regulations
The class adviser, Miss De Jesus, discussed the school rules & regulations. She
gave emphasis on the importance of the attendance, wearing of complete uniform,
proper grooming (esp. haircut for the boys), usage of gadget (e.g. cellphone) inside the
classroom, waiver during lunch time, grading system, books & the sanctions for any
school violation. Concerns like doing school projects outside the school campus were
raised by the parents and was addressed properly by the adviser. Parents were properly
informed that the school does not encourage doing of projects outside the campus.
Projects or any school works must be done at school or if not, at the safety of their
respective homes.
Mrs. Salem suggested that cellphones should be collected & placed on the
teacher’s table in front of the class before beginning the class discussion. In this way, if
there is an emergency call from the family, they won’t have a hard time reaching their
child. At the same time, it is also one way of ensuring that students will not use their
phones during class discussions.
It was also mentioned by the adviser that there will be a fine of P50.00 if the
parent/guardian failed to attend a school meeting. This was acknowledged & accepted
by the parents.

 The floor for nomination was opened by the adviser. Below are the names of the

o Proposed Project
The parents decided that the class needs a water dispenser so the students will refrain
from going out especially during class hours to buy water at the canteen. They also
suggested that the table in front should be repainted because it already looks old and
dusty. The body decided that they will contribute a total of 100.00 each for the Home
room project. The remaining amount will be used to buy curtains.
