WITNESSETH:
That Mrs. VICTORIANA BORJA is the registered owner of a parcel of land more
particularly described as follows:
That my mother, Mrs. Gloria T. Balingao , entered into a Deed of Absolute Sale
with Pacto de Retro Sale with Mrs. Borja, over her above described parcel of land duly
notarized before Notary Public Atty. Dalmacio S. Miranda Sr.,, duly registered in the
Notarial Register as Doc. No. 154; Page No. 32; Book No. XIII; Series of 1992, in the
amount of Ten Thousand (Php10,000.00) Pesos;
That said Deed of Absolute Sale with Pacto de Retro Sale was annotated in the
face of the Title of the said parcel of land. However, no petition for consolidation of
ownership of real property was filed before the regular court involving the said Deed;
That having this date received the full amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (Php350,000.00), Philippine Currency, from Mrs. DESIREE MARIE
ARELLANO VALDEZ, one of the compulsory and legal forced heirs of the deceased
owner, Mrs. Borja, which is in full and complete settlement of the obligation secured by
the said deed, I do hereby forever RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND CANCEL the
aforementioned Deed of Absolute Sale with Pacto de Retro Sale thru this Deed of
Reconveyance covering the said parcel of land;

BEFORE ME, NOTARY PUBLIC for and in the Province of La Union, personally
appeared the following persons who have satisfactorily proven to me their respective
Identifications.
That they are the same persons who executed and voluntary signed the
foregoing deeds, which they acknowledged before me as their own free and voluntary
act and deed.
This instrument, consisting of two (2) pages, including the page on which this
acknowledgment is written, has been signed on the margin on each and every page
thereof by the parties and their instrumental witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
