It is informed that the Counselling Session for provisional allotment to the 5 Years B.A.LL.B. Degree Course offered in Chennai Dr.Ambedkar Govt.
Law College at Pudhupakkam, Govt. Law Colleges at Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, Chengalpattu, Vellore, Vilupuram, Dharmapuri, Ramanathapuram and
the Saraswathi Law College (Private) at Tindivanam will be held on 26/07/2018 9.00 A.M. at the Auditorium, 1st floor P.G. Block of the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar
Law University, ‘Poompozhil’ No.5, Dr.D.G.S. Dhinakaran Salai, Chennai – 28, near Music University. You are required to appear before the Counselling Committee
with all following original documents and a set of photocopies for verifications:

1. Mark Statement of HSC or Equivalent Examination.

2. Mark Statement of SSLC or Equivalent Examination.
3. Transfer & Conduct Certificates.
4. Community Certificate-Candidates belonging to ST, SC (A), SC (O), MBC/DNC, BC (M) & BC (O) shall produce Original Community Certificate- Original
Community Certificate will be returned after verification.
5. Special Category Certificate if applicable
6. Eligibility Certificate: Candidates qualified under Other board of examinations viz CBSE/ISCE should obtain an Eligibility Certificate from the Registrar with a
requisition letter by submitting a Remittance Challan/Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) Whereas for other State Rs.600/- (Rupees
Six Hundred Only) drawn in favour of ‘The Registrar, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University’, payable at Chennai.
7. First Graduation Certificate – if applicable.
8. Candidates belonging to Srilankan refugee/ Kashmiri migrant shall submit the relevant status certificate obtained from the Competent Authority.
9. Joint declaration by the parent and the student (Annexure X in Prospectus).
10. Affidavit by the student in Rs.20/- stamp paper (Annexure XI in Prospectus).
11. Affidavit by the parent in Rs.20/- stamp paper (Annexure XII in Prospectus).

FEE:

1. On being selected and allotment made, you are required to remit a sum of Rs.1620/- (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty only) as University Fee
by way of cash in the bank counter located at the University Campus.
2. If the candidate being allotted to the private Law College on his/her option, is required to pay a sum of Rs.63,335/- (Rupees Sixty Three Thousand Three
Hundred and Thirty Five only) at the private Law College, in addition to the University fee Which is paid at the University bank counter.

Note:

1. The Call Letter is based on the data given in your application from. Even at the time of counselling your selection will be rejected if any data is found to be
incorrect or defective on verification.
2. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Counselling Session.
4. Request for change of date and time, extension of time either for payment of fee or production of original documents will not be entertained under any
circumstances. In case of your failure to appear personally on the above mentioned date and time with the original certificates with the fee as above mentioned
your claim for admission will not be entertained and your seat will be allotted to the next wait listed candidate.
5. Candidates applied through online process are required to download the application and submit the printed copy of the application on the date of counselling
sessions with other original documents. The annexure (X, XI, XII, first graduation certificate) can be downloaded from the website:www.tndalu.ac.inalso.

Cut off marks for Vocational Stream candidates is 90.625. Hence, the Vocational Stream candidates having cut off marks less than 90.625 shall not be eligible
for this counselling.
