I. CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order at exactly 08:30 in the morning by the Presiding Officer
Hon. Efren N. Amores. An opening prayer was rendered by Kagawad Jason A. Paradeza.

II. ROLL CALL:

Roll Call was conducted by the Chairman and declared the presence of a quorum.

III. CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES:

The Barangay Secretary reiterated the previous minutes and approved.

Punong Barangay stated that, all Municipal and City roads shall have a right-of-way of not
less than ten (10) meters; provided that the principal streets of town sites located on public
lands shall have a width of sixty (60) meters and all other streets a width of not less than
fifteen (15) meters. Since we got the lowest rate they will strictly enforce and implement
removal of obstructions as it is necessary to follow the DILG. Followed by the Treasurer’s
Reports which she reiterated to the council the expenses and remaining balance from the
Aballos Fund.
Next project propose by PB is to allocate budget from Aballos Fund for air
conditioner of Day Care Center and Barangay Health Center. Additional bonus for BHW;
Brgy. Admin; Brgy. Tanod; Day Care Worker; Electrician; and Utility.
The council talked about the allocation of budget for the street lights, as
Kagawad Floresca mentioned that they need to purchase a service drop. Kagawad
Paradeza also mentioned that the electrician always reminded him, but as an electrician
he needs to fixed it when necessary. He was alone so that he must have a support
whenever he has to fixed something according to his work.
 Brgy. Admin suggested that if it possible to get help from the Brgy. Tanod. As
a Committee on Peace and Order Kagawad Martin said that they must not oblige to do that
because we do not hold their time. They also have other job to earn for living. Kagawad R.
Altares said that it should be the committee in charge who should help first. PB, added that
electrical repairs need to be more than one worker because in case something happens
there are someone who can see and asked for help.

There being no business to discuss the Chairman adjourned the meeting at

10:00 A.M.
