INTRODUCTION:
Big Bazaar is an Indian retail chain of hypermarkets, discount department
stores, and grocery stores. Founded in 2001, Big Bazaar is the one of the oldest
and largest hypermarket chains of India, housing about 250+ stores in over
120 cities and towns across the country
Big Bazaar is a household name that is used synonymously with retail in Indi.
We represent the requirements of a typical Indian home. Founded in 2001 by
Kishore Biyani, we as a retail chain operate under the parent organization.
Future Group that holds a significant prominence in the Indian retail and
fashion stores.
Big Bazaar is not just another hypermarket it caters to every need of your
family. Where Big Bazar scores over other stores is its value for money
proposition for Indians customers. We guarantee the best products at the best
prices. With the over increasing array of in house brands, we have opened
including home furnishing, utensils, crockery, cutlery, sports, goods and much
more at prices that will surprise you.
Big Bazaar is an Indian retail of hypermarkets, discount department stores,
and grocery stores. The retail chain was founded by Kishore Biyani under his
parent future group which is known for having a significant prominence in
Indian retail and fashion sectors. Big Bazaar is also the parent chain of Food
Bazaar, Fashion at Big Bazaar (abbreviated as and e Zone where at locations
it houses all under one roof, while it is sister chain of retail outlets like Brand
Factory, Home Town, Central, e Zone, etc. Big Bazaar is one of the oldest
largest hypermarket chains of India, housing about 250+ stores. Big Bazaar
was founded in 2001 by Kishore Biyani, the founder and chief executive
officer (CEO)
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM: To study the roles of HR department in Big
Bazaar.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:

 To study the roles of HR department in Big Bazaar.


 To study the process that enables the HR department to make a
contribution to the company’s strategy directions.
 To acquire, develop, utilize and maintain employees.
 To identify the customer satisfaction level among the customer related
to products supplied by the Big Bazaar.
 To evaluate the training and development of Employees.
 To understand the organization structure of the Big bazaar.
 To study the motivational tactics of HR.

HYPOTHISES:
 HR roles is to sustain the employees are important.
 Employees are satisfied with the HR in Big Bazaar.
LIMITATION OF THE PROJECT:

 The study has limitations has money, time and place.


 The respondents were not taking proper interest in giving the feedback.
 The study was conducted only in particular areas, whereas big bazaar
is cross the country and other people may have other views regarding
the services provided by the Big Bazaar team and the customer
satisfaction level.
 The study focus on the roles of HR in Big Bazaar.
 The study of company finding are based on the information received
from the respondents.
 The survey conducted was time consuming as the sample size was 100
and it was not easy to get the data in one row. It required lots of time to
conduct a survey.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY AND DESIGN:


The study has been conducted though a customer survey with the help of
questionnaires. The basic information has been gathered from a sample size
of 100 located in Nashik.
The information has been collected through a questionnaire consisting of
questions related to their satisfaction level of Big bazaar which was based on
their personal experience.

RESEARCH DESIGN:
Stage 1: literature review will be Enrich the subject knowledge. It will find
the research gab between past and present.
Stage 2: Data will be collected through primary and secondary data.
Stage 3: Data will be tabulated and presented data will be analyzed.
Stage 4: Finding will be concluded and suggestion can be made.
Stage 5: conclusion of stage of the project will be done.
Stage 6: Formatting will be done.

OUTCOMES OF THE PROJECT:


 The study will be find the problems of the organization to analysis.
