SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ATTY. MELANIE OBRIQUE-GUEVARRA, legal counsel of SAN

DIONISIO CREDIT COOPERATIVE (SDCC), and with office address at
Cos Guevarra and Associates Law Office, Unit 201 Dona Eusebia
Rodriguez Bldg. 0611 Quirino Avenue, Paranaque City, have made,
constituted, and appointed my legal staff, NOVIE C. CAMPOSANO, also of
legal age, Filipino with same office address above, as my true and lawful
attorney in fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to perform the
following acts:

1. To request for the Certified True Copies or Original Copy of

the Tax Declaration from the Assessor’s Office with TCT No.
010-2014002916; to request for the Certified True Copies or
original of the Certificate of Sale from Office of the Sheriff,
OCC-RTC, Paranaque City.

2. To file, submit, process, follow-up and sign any document

which may be necessary for the performance of the act of
transfer of TCT No. 010-2014002916 in the name of Spouses
Eleonor and John Alejandro to the name of San Dionisio
Credit Cooperative(SDCC) with office address at 0554 Qirino
Avenue Paranaque City, by virtue of the Certificate of Sale
issued by the Office of the Sheriff, OCC-RTC, Paranaque City,
with the Assessor’s Office, Registry of Deeds and BIR,
Paranaque City.

2. To request for the assessment of tax payments with the BIR

and other acts necessary for the transfer of TCT No. 010-
2014002916. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf,
any documents which may be necessary for the performance
of the aforesaid acts.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney in fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises,
as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally
present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney in fact
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
