PRODUCT POSITIONING

- The Joozy Mango Drink is currently situated as an excellent mango juice in view

of its high level of genuine mango content. They have already position in the

business market such as hotels and restaurants. There are some brands that offers

the same and less but not the same quality as they have in their products but they

offer it in a lower price. The major competitors of Joozy are Magnolia and Gina

and others are Zest-O and Nutrilicious.

Case of objective:

1. To introduce new product in the market that has a little or no preservative because

it is better for our health.

2. To expand the Joozy company and to be known worldwide.

3. To increase the number of salesmen who can help to run the business

4. To improve their product and be more competitive when it comes in sales

5. To improve the company’s sales by targeting the end consumer market.

Case Objective

 To aid the problems with the salesmen issues.

To encourage the head of the Joozy Mango Drinks to perform formality in terms

of the agreement with their salesmen

ALTERNATIVE PROBLEM SOLUTION:

Alternative 1: Displays signs for Advertising


- In this alternative, the company will make or issue some display signs. The

promotional signage main purpose is to persuade consumer of the merits of a

given product or service. This display signs are posters that will be posted in

stores, supermarkets, and street-post. This is to inform the public that Joozy

Mango Drinks do exists.

Alternative 2: Do sampling of the Product

- Product sampling can be a powerful first step in getting a consumer to try your

product for the first time. This will be done by giving out free samples during

events in different location. People like free stuff, they like free food, free

clothing and free drinks. Giving away product samples at any type of

experiental marketing event is the best thing that a entrepreneur can build

consumers.

Alternative 3: Hire employees to promote the product

- As a company, it is important to make meaningful connections with your

target group. Having these employees there will be a direct interaction with

potential customers.

RECOMMENDATION:

- The company should conduct first SWOT analysis to recognize the factors

that may affect them by doing this, they can avoid the factors that have a

negative effects toward them. They can improve the weaknesses that they

have. And lastly, they may enhance the strengths they have. When it

comes (in, on) advertising, the company should check first if they still

capable to accept more employees or workers before hiring them. Each

step that they will make should be reviewed a lot of times before

performing it because even one small mistakes can have a huge effect on a

company.
