GENERATE TOKEN AND USE IT AS THE
SECOND FACTOR TO ACCESS ERICSSON
APPLICATIONs WHERE PASSWORD IS
NOT ENOUGH

HOW?
› STEP 1. INSTALL VIP ACCESS (ENROLMENT ONE TIME STEP)
› STEP 2. ACTIVATE TOKEN (ENROLMENT ONE TIME STEP)
› STEP 3. GENERATE THE TOKEN AND AUTHENTICATE (EVERY TIME
WHEN LOGIN TO ERICSSON APPLICATIONS)

 STEP 1. INSTALL VIP ACCESS
DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL
VIP ACCESS APPLICATION
INTO YOUR MOBILE
PHONE
(Available in Google play,
Apple store, Windows store,
Blackberry world)

Open „VIP Access”

application on Your
mobile device and slide
through welcome
screens – click on
„Launch VIP Access”

 STEP 2(1). activate token
Login to self-service portal
https://sspvip-sesa.access.sdt.ericsson.net/
OR
https://sspvip-seli.access.sdt.ericsson.net/
With your CURRENT login (email OR
SIGNUM) and password

Request security code (to be

sent to your mail)

Fill in the security code

received to your mail

Click register

 STEP 2(2). activate token
Fill in credential name
(whatever name easy to remember)

Take credential ID
(Please omit the white space in
credential ID)

and security code

from your vip access
application and
populate the
relevant fields

Click submit

TOKEN AND AUTHENTICATE
Launch ERICSSON APPLICATION in the browser or
on you mobile device

Fill in your current

user id (email or
SIGNUM), password and
token generated in vip
access app
