Furthermore, another way to further enhance the implementation of the jointness

in Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) among different branch or services in military is by

holding joint commanders accountable for the readiness and efficiency of the joint forces
as a whole. The aim of this implementation is to enhance the efficiency of one service
during any operations given in a joint. This could result in their performance on permitting
new or another level of boldness, bravery, courage, speed and intelligence. Although this
implementation is said hard to be done due to traditions, habits and routines among
different military organizations which offer obstinate and tenacious resist to change.
Likewise, assembling and transforming forces depends critically on how the military were
organized before it transfers to a joint. However, one in charge of a joint should have not
allow that issues as an excuse to not be responsible in managing the joint but come up
with a brilliant and efficient ways to overcome that. Trainings and discussions of future
operations, not just near-term one, should be done in different ways. This is to ensure
that every each one of them is well and fully prepared, especially for on-the-spot
operations in future.

Moreover, a person in charge above for the many joints should take extra
measures or wariness on the joint commanders occasionally to make sure that every joint
is organized and prepared at their highest and best potentials. The results of well-
managed and excellent performance of a joint in all aspects allow us to have a better and
fluid arrangement and management of threats thus meeting our envisioned global security
needs. In addition, joint commanders that were managed and held responsible for their
own joint could be the successor of building a responsible and critical thinking leader for
others to follow thus ensuring us to be excellent and top in every aspects of the military
service for our own country. This also could ensure that the joint managed by the
commander would strived to its own best potentials thus allowing this country to have
outstanding jointness although it was predicted that this implementation is hard to be done
due to varies in many aspect among the branch or services. Consequently, this effort that
will be put on enhancing the implementation of jointness can ensure that with responsible
and excellent joint commanders, the readiness and efficiency of a joint can be ensured
and expected thus allowing this implementation to be success and organized well despite
many differences and issues.
