RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS INFORMATION AND AGREEMENT

We greatly appreciate your interest in joining our agency. These are the terms and conditions in
aspiring for a vacant permanent position in this office. As part of the selection process:

 Ensure that you have visited the agency website (http://rfo3.da.gov.ph/career-

opportunities/) and have fully read all information therein. You shall properly and
completely accomplish all the required forms and submit personally or through
courier all the required documents enlisted in the agency website on or before the
deadline. You shall submit a set of complete requirements for every position
applied for. Failure to do so shall automatically nullify and void your application,
thus you are advised to thoroughly review your documents before submission.

 Applicants will be evaluated based only on submitted documents. Performance,

education, experiences, trainings and awards enlisted in the submitted forms
found inconsistent with the attached documentary evidences will not be
considered.

 You shall keep your contact details, especially your electronic mail (e-mail)
account, active to be informed of the next processes. Failure to read immediately
the information sent thru your e-mail shall not hold the agency liable.

 When found qualified, you shall take the Pre-Qualifying Examination (PREQX) on
the scheduled date and keep the examination questionnaire confidential. Failure
to take the examination on the given schedule shall void your application.

 If you passed the PREQX, you shall take the Job Knowledge Test on the scheduled
date and keep the examination questionnaire confidential. Failure to take the
examination on the given schedule shall void your application.

 If you are identified to be one of the top five applicants based on the results of the
evaluation and the Job Knowledge Test, you shall undergo the job interview on
the scheduled date and keep the flow of the job interview confidential. Failure to
undergo the job interview on the given schedule shall void your application.

 If by chance you cannot attend the PREQX or the Job Knowledge Test, or Job
Interview on the given schedule due to some valid reasons, such as force majeure
and sickness (may require medical certificate), you may be given another
schedule, provided that you will contact the HR preferably two (2) days before the
examination schedule given to you. But, failure to attend the second schedule
provided shall void your application.

 Once selected for the position, you will get a notice from the office shortly.
