Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The meat slicer was found with food debris on the back
side.
Corrective Action(s): To prevent contamination maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition. Action
Taken: The meat slicer was cleaned, violation corrected.
Code citation: (A) EQUIPMENT FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES and UTENSILS shall be clean to sight and
touch.
