License (LC) Requirement

1. Submission of Registration Certificate by associates was withdrawn in Aug’19 and associates were asked to
submit the following documents:
a) Declaration/ Undertaking
b) FoSTaC acknowledgment
c) Medical Certificate
2. Compliance % on submission of undertaking is healthy, where as associates have difficulty in submission of
other 2 documents especially medical certificate. Upto 2 % of associates submitted Medical certificate so far.
3. Keeping in mind the associate’s difficulty, regulator was approached for exemption from submission of
medical certificate.
4. Regulator has given 2 options .
• Option 1 – Associates to submit Registration Certificate
• Option 2 –Associate to submit 3 documents .
5. Considering the compliance % in submission of medical certificate etc., and the fact that the Medical
Certificate is to be submitted on annual basis ,it is advised submission of Registration Certificate by all
associates.
6. With immediate effect, submission of 3 documents (Refer Point 1) is withdrawn. Helpdesks will be established
to support associates obtaining Registration Certificate across India starting Jan 2020 .
• Support will be extended during upcoming Spectacular at 4 locations ( Bangalore/ Jaipur/ Ranchi/
Delhi).
• The Associates need to carry following documents – Identity Proof ( AADHAR/ DRIVING
LICENSE/VOTER ID …etc and Passport Size Photograph )
7. For Associates (Non NC Owners) who are required to submit RC and for Associates who are required to
submit license last date is 16 feb 2020.
• Following restriction will be enforced for non complaint Indian Associates – Can’t Buy , Don’t Pay &
Block Sponsor
8. New Associates joining business on or after 17th Feb 2020 are required to submit Registration Certificate
along with signed Associate Application Form.
