Dumper must be kept at a distance equal to the depth of the pit.
Consolidation/compaction to be done before allowing the
dumper to move on such filled approaches.
Leveled and compacted approach to be made.

Flagman to be deployed during reversing of Dumper/Excavator

desired distance to restrict the movement.

Competent Supervisor for analyzing the Proximately hazards
Mobile phone must not be used during operating the vehicles.
Never sit or take rest under the vehicle or within the vicinity of
10 feet of the vehicle or at any parking area.
