This manual contains important instructions. The information con-
tained here must be followed during installation and maintenance
of the generator and batteries. Keep this manual with the equip-
ment. If the equipment is traded or sold, give the manual to the
new owner.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE - certificado de garantia
LIMITED WARRANTY
ARMSTRONG POWER SYSTEMS LLC warrants ARMSTRONG generator sets, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is
granted to the original using customer for a period of 12 months from the date of initial start-up or 1500 hrs, whichever occurs first, not to exceed 20 months from the date of shipment.
Repair, replacement, or appropriate adjustment, at ARMSTRONG’S option, will be furnished if the part, upon ARMSTRONG’S inspection, is found to be properly installed, maintained and
operated in accordance with normal procedures.
This warranty does not apply to malfunctions caused by damage, unreasonable use, misuse, repair or service by unauthorized persons, or normal wear and tear.
THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY. Any implied or statutory warranties, including any warranty or merchantability or fitness of purposes are expressly limited to the duration of
the warranty. In no event is ARMSTRONG liable for incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty shall not apply to:
*Cost of maintenance, adjustment, installation or start-up.
*Failures due to normal wear, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper installation.
*Alterations or modifications not authorized in writing by ARMSTRONG.
*Failures caused by defects in the system in which the set is installed.
*Rental equipment expenses while repairs are being made.
*Starting batteries, lubricating oil, fuses, fan belts and filters.
No persons are authorized to give any other warranties or to assume any other liabilities on ARMSTRONG’S behalf. All claims must be brought to the attention of ARMSTRONG POWER
SYSTEMS LLC or an authorized distributor within (30) days of discovery of the part or equipment failing, to meet this warranty.
